These terms apply when you use Rowzly, run from Australia. "We" and "us" means the people who run Rowzly. By using Rowzly you agree to these terms.

A free tool, provided as is

Rowzly is free to use, with no account. Technical file, batch and output limits apply. It runs in your browser and we do not receive your files. It is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or stop it at any time.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limit in these terms applies only to the extent the law permits. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under your local law that these terms cannot exclude.

Check the output before you import

Rowzly is a formatting tool. It is not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Bank file formats vary and change, so we cannot promise every file will be read correctly. You must check the output before you import it into Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online or any other system. You remain responsible for your records and for any lodgement based on them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Rowzly, including loss caused by relying on output you did not check. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.

Acceptable use

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of that place, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere under the Australian Consumer Law.
